This production line is composed of GH high-speed mixer---YK swing granulator---GFG high-efficiency boiling dryer---ZS circular vibrating screen and other equipment.
The lotus root flour is put into the high-speed mixing granulator for wet mixing. After the wet mixing is uniform, it enters the swing granulator for granulation. After the granulation is completed, it is dried by a high-efficiency boiling dryer. The dried granules are sieved by a circular vibrating screen. Thereby, uniform instant granules can be obtained.
